PR™ 1 Cushion System
Features untreated or treated (optional) cushioned sleepers, with 21mm or 25mm flooring nailed directly to the sleeper. It is resilient and easy to install.

21mm or 25 mm thick x 60mm or 40mm (nominal) wide, continuous tongue and grooved flooring machined to ASF’s requirements.

75mm x 38mm x 1200mm (nominal) kiln dried sleepers, treated sleepers (optional).

Concrete slab depression when using 21mm flooring is 73mm, when using 25mm flooring is 77mm.

PR™ 2 Cushion System
Has the same cushioned sleepers. An exterior grade plywood layer is added over the sleepers in this system, giving the system added strength and stability. ‘Dead Spots’ are eliminated.
